On Monday, October 6th at the Uxbridge Legion, the UHA hosted a Volunteer Information Meeting with special guest, Dr. Vi Tu Banh. Vi Tu spoke about his new book, 12 ELEPHANTS AND A DRAGON – A Memoir of Survival and the Kindness of Strangers, and on that same day he was travelling back to Vietnam. Coffee, tea and muffins were served. Those who attended also brought donations for the Loaves and Fishes Food Bank.
